4. Membership and Account Security

The User must not:

- Impersonate another individual or entity
- Share unlawful content
Fal Deryası may permanently ban accounts and notify authorities if required.

7.1. All fortune-telling, tarot readings, dream interpretations, and similar services provided on Fal Deryası are for entertainment and personal experience purposes only.
7.2. None of the content on the Platform constitutes:

- Financial or investment advice
- Guaranteed outcomes or factual predictions
7.3. The User acknowledges that all decisions made in real life remain solely their responsibility.
7.4. Fal Deryası does not guarantee results, accuracy, or outcomes of any interpretation.

8. Sellers and Third-Party Services
8.1. Some services on the Platform may be offered by independent sellers (“Sellers”).
8.2. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their services.
8.3. Fal Deryası acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions between Users and Sellers.
8.4. Fal Deryası is not liable for disputes arising from Seller-provided services.

9. Digital Service Delivery
9.1. Purchased digital services are delivered electronically within the timeframe specified on the Platform.

10. Wallet System
10.1. The Platform may include a wallet system allowing Users to preload balance.
10.2. Wallet balance can only be used within the Platform and is not considered cash.

11. Refund and Withdrawal Rights

Fal Deryası may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

16. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
