KVKK Personal Data Information Notice

Data controller: The operator of the Fal Deryası service. The controller’s legal name and notification address will be added once the operator details are finalised.

Data and purposes

To create an account and provide the service, we may process your name, email, contact details, country/language/currency preferences, orders, credit balance, payment transaction details, support messages, fortune submissions, uploaded images and technical security logs. Purposes include account and order management, payments and refunds, delivery of fortune services, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance and service improvement.

Legal bases and transfers

Data is processed where necessary for a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or, where required, consent. It may be shared only as necessary with payment providers, technical providers, email/notification services, competent authorities and legally authorised persons. Where data is transferred abroad, applicable legal safeguards are followed.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the necessary purpose and applicable statutory periods. Reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption, logging and backups, are used.

For requests under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK), contact kvkk@falderyasi.com with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests are handled within the periods required by applicable law.
